<A course where you can enjoy wild boar hotpot - something you'll want to eat at least once a year> We purchase wild boar from Shiso directly from hunters, and it is absolutely delicious.The soup is a familiar one at our restaurant, made with seafood, local chicken, and plenty of vegetables.To add depth, we added sake lees and miso, which are said to be good for health and beauty.Enjoy a slightly different kind of wild boar hotpot! The noodles or rice porridge at the end are also excellent♪ You can also add meat or a la carte dishes.Please try it.
